Refund policy
At Astoria, we aim to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read our policy below.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit for items returned in their original condition within 28 days of purchase. The item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (either a receipt or a record of purchase)
- Free from damage or markings
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Gift cards
- Event ticketing
- Bookish merchandise such as: Special edition books, clothing, crockery
- Products that were sold on the basis that they were faulty or damaged and you were made aware of this before you purchased the product.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair if an item:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is not as described
- Does not function as intended
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us with proof of purchase.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
